Illinois State Senate Candidate Michael Bond

Former GOP Voter with love, for Bond

As a staunch republican, I want to call attention of Lake County residents to an opportunity we have on Nov. 7 to bring a fresh face and energy to the 31st state Senate District. Michael Bond introduced himself to me as the Democratic candidate recently. He’s the father of a young family and a 10-year resident of Grayslake. He explained in detail whey he was running and his intentions when elected.

His background and educational qualifications are extraordinary. He was promoted eight times into the top of company management at Allstate Insurance Company. Michael’s financial background, abilities and outlook are just what Lake County needs. Property taxes have skyrocketed in recent years. Schools have failed to maintain acceptable educational standards. Our roads and infrastructure are 15 years behind schedule.

Michael has the insight to get our district back on track and into the 21st century. I will not forgo an opportunity to have someone of his stature serve the district in Springfield. I’ve voted exclusively Republican in my life, but Michael will get my support and that of my family and friends on Nov. 7. I sincerely hope the people of Lake County will follow my lead.
